Yosemite Glacier Point Sunset

Let’s get right down to it. Yosemite is the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen in my life. Its scale and grandeur cannot be captured in a photo. I’ve viewed thousands of photos of it prior to my visit and none of that prepared me for just how amazing it is. We only had 2 short days in the park, not nearly enough for exploring, let alone photographing. Still I got what I could and came away with a few shots I really liked.

I have various angles and frames from this spot but decided to start with this photo that breaks the composition rules with Half Dome right in the middle. I think it works though with the cloud interest on both sides.
