So interestingly enough I believe this is the first actual photo of the Canada pavilion that I’ve ever posted. That’s kind of funny because it is also home to my favorite restaurant on the Disney property Le Cellier. Le Cellier is also home to my favorite food possibly in the universe, poutine. If you’ve never had poutine before I suggest you remedy that as soon as possible. It is a divine food of fries, cheese and wine reduction sauce that transcends food itself to become an experience if you will. In fact I for one would prefer that henceforth instead of serving salad as a starter with every meal, salads world wide be replaced with poutine. I’ll gladly eat my fair share.
