I’ve got another dark ride shot today showing off the Nikon 28 1.4. I have shot dark rides with the Nikon 24 1.4, Nikon 35 1.4, Sigma 24 1.4 and Sigma 35 1.4 and I like the Nikon 28 better than all of them. The focal length is pretty perfect for nearly ever dark ride and the image quality from this thing just has the ‘it’ factor. Even straight out of camera I’m just loving the results of the photos it produces. Today’s shot was taken on the Disneyland version of Pirates of the Caribbean. I only got to ride it once during our visit (stupid ride breakdowns!!!!) but that’s all I needed to get nearly every scene perfectly captured with
