Canada Pavilion Trading Post

Canada Pavilion Trading Post

The Canada Pavilion is a huge favorite of mine thanks to it housing probably my favorite restaurant (from a pure food standpoint) Le Cellier. My wife and I absolutely have to eat here every time we go to Disney World and the poutine has become our #1 dish in all of Disney World. It’s made up of french fries with Canadian and truffle cheddar topped with a red wine reduction sauce. Absolutely amazing and a must try.

Shooting & Editing Canada Pavilion Trading Post

This was shot with the Nikon D810 and Nikon 14-24 2.8. This is a very straight forward shot from a very normal angle to shoot the trading post. I used 2 exposure to create my base blend using luminosity masks and then did some simple levels adjustments, color balancing, and saturation adjustments. I did a bit of dodging and burning but honestly didn’t spend very much time on it for this shot. I used Nik Color Efex Pro Contrast to add contrast to the image and finished the shot off by denoising the sky and sharpening the image.
